Prices and payment
Prices are shown inclusive of tax in your market's currency. Delivery costs are shown before payment. Payment is due at the time of order (card, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay and the other methods offered at checkout). The order is final once payment is accepted and the confirmation email sent.
Delivery
Dispatched from our warehouse in France within 1 to 2 business days. Free delivery to a pickup point in France and the main EU countries; home delivery from €5; free standard delivery in the UK. Times, zones and rates are detailed in our shipping policy.
Right of withdrawal: 30 days
You have 30 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason, instead of the statutory 14 days. Returns are free from mainland France and the European Union. Filter elements that have been unpacked and put in contact with water are not taken back for hygiene reasons, unless defective. Refunds go to the original payment method no later than 14 days after we receive the return. Details in our return and refund policy.
Warranties
Our products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. Gravity filtration systems and stainless-steel reservoirs are additionally covered by a 10-year Weeplow commercial warranty against manufacturing and material defects.
Governing law and disputes
Sales are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of residence (for UK customers, the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
